Taiyo Sogo Horitsu Keizai Jimusho is a multipractice law firm located in Hachinohe city in Japan, with a variety of legal specialists. The demand to the attoneys is more grobal and complex as the trend of the time changes. Correspondingly, it is harder for each attorney to complete the increasing issues at the point of the capacity and the time, partly because Japanese traditional sectionalism prevents the convenience of the procedure. In this circumstances, we integrate a variety of the specialists such as licensed public accountants and lawyers to reply the clients' demand promptly, accurately and in a reasonable price without pursuing the benefits only. We keep challenging the social activity to advocate the rights.

A Message from Our Chairman

Taiyo Sogo Horitsu Keizai Jimusho was established by Chikara Kudo, the licensed land surveyor and solicitor for administration, Minoru Narita, solicitor for judiciary in January, 1976. At that time, our office was said to fail to manage, because it was unusual in Japan that attorneys ran the firm in cooperation with the specialists in the different area. However, we have managed it for 30 years, supported by the clients. Now Taiyo Sogo Horitsu Keizai Jimusho is so well-known in Japan that many attorneys and clients come to see the management system.

We believe that our management system is very suitable for the clients' needs. So far the clients had to go to several different offices to complete one issue, because of Japanese sectionalism. Therefore, they have hoped the one-stop service: one office deals with the issue from the biginning to the end. Recieving their demand, we challenged to integrate a variety of legal specialists, which was an innovative event in Japan. Today our management system is very successful because we get the excellent partners and the attorneys supporting our policy. The relaxation of restrictions and administrative reform demand people to take leadership. They have to be responsible for self-activities. Therefore, the legal specialists who faithfully practice instead of them are seeked. We recognize ourselves as a pioneer of the cooperative law firms and keep replying the clients' needs.
